3D Fusion Labs (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.3dfusionlabs.com website (the “Service”) and ships products worldwide. When you place an order, create an account, sign up for our email list, leave a review, or contact us, we may collect:

Usage Data and Tracking Technologies

How We Use Your Information

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising.   • UpdraftPlus + Google Drive (encrypted offsite backups of site data, stored in our Google Workspace account).

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited online identifiers (cookie IDs, device IDs) with our analytics and advertising partners, which may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state laws. See the section below on your privacy rights for opt-out options.

International Data Transfers

3D Fusion Labs is based in the United States and our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States or other countries without an adequacy decision, our service providers generally rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or equivalent safeguards. By submitting personal data through the Service, you consent to this transfer.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Typical retention periods:

  • Order and tax records: 7 years from the date of purchase, to meet U.S. tax and accounting requirements.
  • Account information: until you delete your account, plus a short window for backup retention.
  • Email marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics data: per the retention setting on each analytics platform (typically up to 14 months for Google Analytics, up to 13 months for Microsoft Clarity).
  • Support correspondence: up to 3 years from your last contact, to handle warranty and fitment follow-up.

Your Privacy Rights

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

3D Fusion Labs is a U.S.-based small business and does not have a designated EU or UK representative under Article 27 of the GDPR/UK GDPR. We rely on the occasional-processing exception under Article 27(2) for the limited volume of orders we ship to the EU and UK. California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes, and the third parties we share it with.
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of personal information.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents may once per year request a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. Australian residents have the right to access and correct personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles, and to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if a complaint cannot be resolved with us directly.

Brazil (LGPD)

  • Cookie banner. Use the cookie banner on our site to accept or reject categories of non-essential cookies. Click the banner trigger in the footer to reopen your preferences at any time.
  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and reset site permissions.
  • Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC signals as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for jurisdictions that recognize it.
  • Industry opt-outs. Opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at aboutads.info/choices, the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org, or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance at youronlinechoices.eu.
  • Microsoft Clarity opt-out. Microsoft Clarity respects your browser’s Do Not Track signal; you can also block third-party cookies from Microsoft domains in your browser settings.

  • Do Not Track. Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no industry-standard response to DNT, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals other than as required by law. We do respond to Global Privacy Control as described above.

Email Marketing Choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, by updating your account preferences, or by contacting us. Transactional emails about your order, account, or warranty are not marketing and will continue regardless of your marketing preference.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where the higher age applies under GDPR or local law). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS, a web application firewall, regular security scans, and encrypted offsite backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
